Jim Morkin has sent this letter to Utah legislators, making a passionate plea for increased funding for wildlife programs. Says Jim: "I've been around as a DWR volunteer since ''75 or so (on the ground projects, Habitat Council, Regional Advisory Council, etc). Just resigned from the Northern RAC to attempt to seek out more public financial support for the DWR... No personal gain interests whatsoever, just needs doing."
